We organised our own day as part of World Mental Health Day, an awareness and fundraising day for Mental Health.

On the day we organised a few games to fundraise for Mental Health Foundation and for our local Maternal Health too.

This year WMHD had a focus “psychological first aid”.

What can we do here to help another?

* listen without pressurising to talk
* take time to comfort helping to calm
* support someone by going along to appointments/groups
* arrange to meet or visit often
* be trustworthy and reliable
